Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Guidelines
The ARC enforces consistency across the neighborhood by reviewing proposed exterior changes to homes. This includes changes to paint colors, roofing, fences, landscaping, and structural additions. All modifications must comply with design guidelines as outlined in the CC&Rs and the Rules & Regulations handbook.
Approval Process:
- Submit a completed Architectural Alteration Request Form
- Attach necessary diagrams, materials, and supporting documentation
- Await written approval or feedback from the ARC
- Follow approved guidelines strictly before proceeding with changes
Failure to comply may result in required reversal of unauthorized modifications.
